Andrea is a Singaporean-born experimental violinist, sound maker, performance artist and community arts producer currently based on Bidjigal land in Sydney, Australia. Her practice is underpinned by concepts of listening and complicating the subject matter of identity in today’s socio-political climate.

She holds an MFA in Arts Leadership from Seattle University and a BMusStudies from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. She is a PPCA Performers Trust Foundation recipient and Dame Joan Sutherland Scholar with the American-Australian Association.

Andrea was the 20/21 Creative Director of CuriousWorks before stepping down to focus on shifting and reshaping her independent music and art practice.
